New Feature

Exact Run Reports for Flows

From each App's next deploy, the Runs and Paths views, sf flows and the flow tools count every finished run of your decision agents' flows instead of a sample. Pricing notice: run reports run as Durable Objects inside your App and are billed to your team at the Durable Object rates, Cloudflare list price + 15%. They are always on and cannot be turned off.

Highlights

  • Exact paths, step times and outcomes over every finished run: runs kept 35 days, day history up to 400 days; a run's page reads its full detail from the agent that ran it
  • On for every App from its next deploy; nothing changes until you deploy
  • Billed like your App's own Durable Objects (requests, duration, SQLite rows read and written, storage) with no free allowance; reading reports also uses Worker requests
  • Estimated about $0.6 per million order-style runs at 1 million runs a day and above (short runs $0.4–0.6, long runs with several pauses about $1.2), a small App about $0.5–1.35 a month; default caps refuse new reports and never drop accepted ones
  • After a rare unexpected restart, answers say "recovering" for a few minutes, and the live view may miss runs that started in the last few seconds until they next move
  • Charges appear in Usage under Cloudflare infrastructure → Durable Objects; rates, caps and a worked example at spikefrost.com/docs/run-reports
New Feature

Deleted Apps Stop Serving Immediately — and Can Be Restored for 30 Days

Deleting an App now takes it offline within seconds — its website, agents, and inbound channels all stop. Your data is kept safe for 30 days so you can change your mind: restore from the new Recently Deleted section on the Apps home (or sf apps restore), then redeploy. After the window, everything is permanently and completely erased.

Highlights

  • Deleted Apps go dark in seconds instead of lingering online
  • Recently Deleted on the Apps home lists what's restorable and until when
  • sf apps deleted and sf apps restore <appId> from the CLI
  • After 30 days, all App resources — site, database, files, domains — are permanently erased
New Feature

Read and Search Your AI Agents' Conversations from the CLI

New sf agents convos commands let you (and your coding agent) debug the agents you build: list every conversation an app's agents have had, read any transcript with tool calls and reasoning included, and search across all of them at once.

Highlights

  • sf agents convos list shows every conversation, including Slack/Teams threads, newest first
  • sf agents convos read prints a full transcript; --full includes tool inputs/outputs and reasoning
  • sf agents convos grep searches every transcript in one command
  • sf agents convos pull dumps transcripts to local files your tools (and coding agents) can grep directly
Improvement

Smart Chat Scrolling

Chat now respects when you scroll up to read earlier messages. Auto-scroll pauses while you're reading and resumes when you scroll back to the bottom.

Highlights

  • Scroll up during a response to pause auto-scroll and read at your own pace
  • New content continues streaming without jumping you back to the bottom
  • Scroll back to the bottom to resume auto-scrolling
  • Auto-scroll resets between conversation turns so you never miss new responses
New Feature

Google Drive File Picker

Grant your agent access to specific Google Drive files and folders using the native Google file picker. Select exactly which files the agent can read without sharing your entire Drive.

Highlights

  • Click the folder icon on any Google Drive connector to open the file picker
  • Select individual files or entire folders to grant access
  • Multi-select support for choosing multiple items at once
  • Works with shared drives and files shared with you
New Feature

File Browser on Home Screen

The file browser panel on your project home screen is now fully functional. Browse, upload, and manage files without opening a chat session first.

Highlights

  • Click any file to view or edit it directly from the home screen
  • Drag and drop files from your desktop to upload instantly
  • Right-click context menu for cut, copy, paste, rename, and delete
  • Create new files and folders from the context menu
  • Upload progress indicator now visible above the status bar
New Feature

Plan Mode

Start conversations in read-only Plan Mode where the agent analyzes your code without making changes. Perfect for code reviews, architecture discussions, and getting implementation plans before committing to changes.

Highlights

  • Toggle Plan Mode on/off directly in the chat input toolbar
  • Switch modes when continuing existing conversations - change your mind anytime
  • Agent can read, search, and analyze code but cannot modify files or run commands
  • New help system with (i) buttons throughout the UI - press ? anytime for help index
Improvement

Clearer Connector Settings

Visibility and permission dropdowns now include helpful descriptions so you understand exactly what each option does before connecting your accounts.

Highlights

  • Visibility options clearly explain who can use each connector (just you, your team, or specific members)
  • Permission levels describe what actions agents can perform (read-only, read & write, or full access)
  • Helper text below each dropdown provides additional context
  • Consistent descriptions across all connector types (Google, Microsoft, SQL, API keys)
Improvement

Alias Validation Before OAuth

Connector aliases are now validated before redirecting to Google or Microsoft OAuth. No more confusing errors after completing the OAuth flow.

Highlights

  • Alias availability is checked before you leave the page
  • Clear error message if the alias is already taken
  • Loading indicator shows validation in progress
  • Prevents wasted OAuth round-trips when alias conflicts exist
New Feature

Mid-Turn Message Injection

Users can now send messages while a task is running. Messages are injected between tool executions, allowing users to interrupt and redirect the Spikefrost Agent's actions in real-time.

Highlights

  • Send messages while Spikefrost Agent is processing - no more waiting for task completion
  • Messages are prioritized with interrupt flag so the agent responds immediately
  • Visual queue display shows pending messages with cancel/clear options
  • Seamless state management - UI correctly reflects running/idle states
